Include the page address, the detail you want changed or added, and a public source where one is available. For a match, identify both teams, the competition and date. A reply email address lets the website contact you about the request.
What happens when you send
The message is stored in a private website queue. It does not publish content or send an automatic notification email. The on-screen confirmation is the record that the form accepted your message.
Contact the football organisation directly
