Bweeng Celtic
Bweeng Celtic has grown from a 2010 start into a community football club with youth teams and Cork AUL junior football at Bweeng Community Sports Grounds.
Club identity
Bweeng Celtic was founded in the late summer of 2010 and entered the Cork Athletic Union League in its first season. The club’s early identity was built around friendship, local support and a bright blue and yellow kit.
Bweeng Celtic A friendly Cork community club built around participation, coaching and local pride.
Home ground and first visit
The community grounds are the club’s home base. Ask the club which pitch and entrance applies to the player’s age group before a first session.
For a first visit, confirm the age group, pitch entrance, parking, changing arrangements and weather plan with the club.
Football pathway
Youth football sits alongside junior adult football, giving local players a route from first touches into organised competition and senior participation.
Ask about the next session, registration, kit, fees and any access needs when making contact.
Community and club culture
Bweeng Celtic is built by players, coaches, families and volunteers who keep football active in the area. The club’s colours and home ground give each age group a shared identity.
Respect, enjoyment and steady player development should guide every first session and match visit.
What families can expect
Players can expect age appropriate coaching, team football and a clear route to continue as they grow. Bweeng Celtic can explain current places and the best next step for a new player.
Match information changes through the season, so use the club’s current contact route for times, registration and squad details.
