Football from academy age to adult teams
Stamullen FC gives local players a community pathway based at the Gormanston College pitches.
Club story
Built for football in Stamullen
Stamullen Football Club dates its foundation to 2011. Its official club history describes an East Meath club created to give girls, boys and adults a place to enjoy football, develop their game and remain involved as they grow older.
The same account records more than 300 members across players, academy children, coaches, volunteers and committee members. That breadth explains why the club operates as more than a collection of teams: it depends on local families and volunteers to keep football available throughout the season.
Home football
Gormanston College pitches
The club’s current fixture list repeatedly names Gormanston as the home venue, while league and map records also use the spelling Gormanstown. Visiting families should follow the venue wording on their own match notice because different college and side pitches may be used.

Player pathway
A wide 2026–27 programme
The current official fixture list shows girls’ and boys’ football across academy and school age groups, with older youth teams continuing toward adult football. Exact squads and divisions change, so the live team cards and fixtures on this page carry the current competition detail.
Use the player’s birth year when contacting the club so the registrar can point you toward the correct age group and squad.
Football programme
DDSL, NDSL and adult competition
Stamullen’s history records participation across the DDSL, NDSL, Leinster Football League and United Churches League. Current school age fixtures should be checked team by team because a single club can have squads in different leagues, divisions and playing days.
The club’s senior men began the 2024–25 UCFL Division 3A campaign after finishing joint top of Division 3B in their first UCFL season and losing the title play-off. That dated milestone shows the adult pathway taking shape without treating one match result as a club honour.

Joining and welfare
Use the current club routes
The official membership page is the right starting point for registration packages, while the club contact page provides organisational and safeguarding contacts. Some team labels and training details on the contact page belong to earlier seasons, so confirm the current group before attending.
The club says coaches and volunteers must complete safeguarding certification and Garda vetting. Families can also use the published welfare contact when they need help with child protection, consent or collection arrangements.
Include the player’s birth year, preferred pathway and previous football experience in the first message. Ask about available places, current training venue, footwear, fees and the correct arrival point.
Before your first visit
Check the match notice and club updates
Gormanston College is the main published home setting, but the exact pitch and kickoff belong to the current fixture. Check the club’s official website and Instagram account for club announcements before travelling.
The official site’s Roll of Honour page is blank at the time of research, so this profile does not turn ordinary wins or final appearances into trophy claims.
Research checked 18 September 2026. Team places, training arrangements, fees and contacts can change during the season.
