A Mount Temple club since 1973
Temple Villa’s own history says the club was formed in 1973 by Kieran Carroll, Jimmy Daly and Seamus Killane in Mount Temple. Long serving secretary TP Hickey joined soon after, and the club’s ground now carries his name.
The same history names John Morris Burke, Padraig Nicholson, Dominic Fitzpatrick, Eric Molloy and Padraig Dully among the well known footballers to have worn the Temple Villa colours over the years.
